This is really inspiring to me. I’m 19 years old, two years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS and have been struggling to find the proper way to eat for this syndrome. Growing up I was always overweight, and always tried very hard to lose weight. This past year I’ve been working harder than ever before, but can’t find the right menu! lol I’m not a big food fanatic, but eating specifically for PCOS is what I need to do. :]

  • Clinically proven to reduce fat intake by nearly 30%, very few weight loss products available without prescription are as effective as Proactol. Set to revolutionize how we lose weight and keep it off.

Take a look at my page to see the groundbreaking product!

sounds a lot like my story only, I started my cycle when i was nine. Then I gained almost 70 lbs transitioning from middle school to high school, been 200 and over since then.

I know exactly how you feel. Same predictament. almost…

  • Congratulations to you, what a wonderful achievement! I understand that the weight issues of with PCOS can been particularly hard to overcome, and sometimes medication makes them worse. So this makes your achievement all the more special. Congratulations also on becoming a mother. That’s a really great reward, wouldn’t you say?

Thank you to being an inspiration to others on the weight loss journey.

  • Congratulations on your weight loss, your baby, and your winning struggle with PCOS! It’s a hard and painful syndrome to be dealing with — I know, I was diagnosed at 14 (now 17) with PCOS and was told that I would be infertile without expensive treatments and major weight loss (at the time I was about 240) which devistated myself and my family — and I just want to say that you truly are an inspiration. Thank you for posting this video! It really does give hope. And congrats again!

  • I have PCOS. I started gaining weight at around 9 years of age. I had an early onset period at 11. I would sometimes go 3 months without a period. I had gotten up to 262 lbs and then went down to 205, but gained most of it back due to stress and rediscovering bad habits. So here I am trying to lose the weight again. Man it sucks lol. Congrats on your weight loss and the new baby!

  • OMG good job!!!!!!! that is amazing! comgrats on the new baby! ur family must be very very proud!

Wow„„Thats Amazing I Have Tried EVERY Diet..But Im Not Going To Lie And Say The Diet Doesnt Work.. Its Me..It Breaks My Heart That Food Is More Powerful Than Me And The Fear Of Never Having Babies Scares Me To Death

For those leaving negative comments about regaining weight, you need to understand its VERY UNHEALTHY for a pregnant woman NOT to gain weight during pregnancy and even more dangerous if women try to lose weight during pregnancy. Its perfectly normal to gain weight during this time. Please dont let your ignorance get the better of you and judge someone harshly who gained weight because of pregnancy! You need to know the facts first and this is coming from someone who is 7 months pregnant!
