Great information. I have a question though, on your FAQ portion of your website you stated that around 2 glasses of the juice is ideal as far as regular routine goes and that they should not be drinked 2 hours apart from eating a meal. Is this 2 hour before and after meal? Also, why the 2 hour wait period, I usually drink a glass with my meals. Is it more beneficial to keep them separate? Thanks in advance.

Does Dave eat/drink nothing else but the juice?
@ironcasing How long do you think it would have taken to munch on that bowl of vegetables? Some people don’t like the taste of every vegetable but they still want the nutritional benefits. Chewing is important too, I don’t think juicing alone is the best option especially with sweet fruits which can damage your teeth.
